Take Charge of Your Closet
A place that you visit at least 14 times a week should get some special attention to keep your clothes fresh and new looking. Do you color code your clothes? Do you hang your suits together? Are your shoes arranged so that you can see them all and choose what to wear? This is a biggie... Have you purged your closet within the last three years? All of the above questions when put into action will help guide you through reorganizing your closets. There is always crunching and jamming and objects overhead. How about moving those things to the floor and putting your shoes up above? If things are flat and not often used, they are primary examples of what should go on the floor. Light weight items can stay overhead but at a minimum try not to add clutter. If you have no place to put it reevaluate the object to see if you even need it or can use it or can hang it. If none of these apply ask yourself why you are holding onto it? If you love it then why did you put it in the closet? |
