Most of us like to hang everything in the closet. However, some expensive pieces can be folded with tissue paper inside, and lay flat in a dresser drawer. You can always bring it to the cleaners to press or steam press it yourself in advance of the date needed. This will free up space in your closet for items you use regularly.

For some clients we had researched various types of hangers online. After purchasing a few, some ended up being under standard to our needs and desires.

One of the great items we have found this year is Huggable Hangers.

We have recommended these to clients have and have seen what a difference they made and ordered them for ourselves.

They really do the job, and save at least 1/3 of your closet space to boot. However, as a skirt hanger they do fall short a bit. We found the clips difficult to use and almost impossible to hang multiple garments.

We are still looking for the perfect skirt hanger.

What was found to be the most alluring however was not only that garments did not slide they actually hung better, no more pop-ups on the shoulders, suits and vests included on one hanger hang beautifully.

By giving us more space in the closet these hangers have reduced wrinkles and make the closet neat and a real pleasure to go into every day.
